Henson has been in the advertising industry for 15 years.
He started his career in Campaigns & Grey in 2008, after graduating from Ateneo de Manila University. His last agency stint was with TBWA before he left in 2015 to pursue entrepreneurship and eventually co-founding Ad Hoc in 2017.
Henson gained experience servicing local and international brands from QSR (KFC, Tokyo Tokyo), automotive (Nissan), apparel (Bench, Human), to consumer pharmaceutical and nutrition brands (GSK, Wyeth).
In 2012, Henson was one of the top account managers in the Philippines.
