Haley Rubin joined HEINEKEN USA in June of 2014 to lead the digital shopper marketing media strategy and implementation across the organization. This involves overseeing the effective embedding of digital shopper touch points within all of their national, regional, channel and customer level program executions to develop holistic through the line programs. She also led the path to purchase capability agenda across the organization to showcase the power and effectiveness of targeted digital shopper marketing executions which will accelerate Heineken USA’s growth when activated appropriately. Prior to HEINEKEN USA, Haley held a variety of roles at Diageo and Pepsi for over 15+ years where she managed many well-known brands in today’s marketplace; Captain Morgan, Johnny Walker, Smirnoff, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina and Starbucks to name a few. Throughout Haley’s career, she managed commercial marketing executions for on premise outlets such as Taco Bell & Pizza Hut and off premise accounts such as; Walmart, Safeway & Kroger. Haley holds an MBA from Pace University, White Plains, NY and BA degree from SUNY Oneonta. Haley is a lifelong musician and resides in Stamford, CT with her husband and 3 children.
