With a robust background in creativeness and branding, Ha has a strong understanding of consumer behavior from a unique perspective. With over 15 years of experience in several fields of marketing, public relations, media and digital marketing; she is has proven herself an astute and a decisive leader. After many years studying under AMA scholarship from Korean government and working in Vietnam and oversea, in 2014 she joined Vingroup, currently one of the most powerful corporations in Vietnam,  Ha has been working as Head of Creative & Digital Marketing Department of Vingroup.  In 2016, Cao Ngan Ha has been the standing Deputy CEO of VinMC (Vincom Marketing Communications Company) and currently holds the title of Deputy CEO of Vincommerce. Among all her talents, responsibilities, and accolades, Ha is also one of Vingroup's youngest employee to advance her professional career to such levels at such incredible pace. Her passion is making Vietnamese people’s lives better, which also is the motto of Vingroup’s leaders and corporation as a whole.
