GIRISH is a Co-founder and Director with Monk Consulting and is responsible for building the Firm’s presence in the region.

Girish has been involved with research and consulting across the TMT (Telecom Media Technology) vertical for over 24 years. He is involved with numerous proprietary national and international consulting engagements in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, North Africa and UK & North America with leading companies. Girish is recognised as 100 most influential Coaching Leaders (India) in 2023.

Girish's influence in the TMT (Telecom Media Technology) vertical extends beyond consulting. As a regular speaker at various forums and conferences, including CEO and CIO conclaves, he shares his insights and research. His work has been acclaimed through papers (CII, Stanford Technology Ventures, ASSOCHAM, etc.), industry reports (As an analyst with Gartner, Frost & Sullivan), and articles and quotes published in leading industry associations publications and business newspapers, keeping the audience informed about the latest industry trends.

Before his current role, He was Director –Asia Pacific with Pyramid Consulting and before that Head ICT consulting Practice with Frost & Sullivan for MENASA (Middle East North Africa South Asia –including India)

Girish has also worked with leading telecom companies and consulting companies (Bharti Airtel, Gartner, Hughes Tele.com, Analysys Mason, Netdecisions) across strategy and planning functions.

Girish is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified (ACC) Growth and Transition Coach. As a coach, Girish works with leaders and professionals in Transition who want to achieve greater goals to achieve their vision. Girish is also a Professional Certified Life and Leadership Coach (PCLC) -a graduate of COACH FOR LIFE—US and an ICF (International Coach Federation) member.

Girish is also a certified Six Sigma Professional from IIT Delhi and has completed a one-year certificate program in Leadership and Management from IIM Calcutta.
