Gerald is responsible to develop, enhance and commercially manage the Lufthansa Group’s digital platforms, including the .coms (Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS), mobile apps and the interface (NDC API) towards distribution partners. In addition, his responsibilities include the group-wide payment topics as well as driving the industry-led initiative IATA ONE Order. Gerald strives for innovation, automation, and industry leadership, along with optimal customer experience and efficiency. As of 01 April, he will take over the position of Managing Director of Miles & More GmbH.
