Francia has over 15 years of media experience across CPG, Finance, Telecom, Luxury, Travel, and Non-Profit. She currently oversees all digital investments, as Client Investment Lead for BlackRock at Mindshare. She was most recently named one of Ad Week's 2023 Future is Female Award winners and is also an active mentor, participating in both She Runs It and the ANA's MADE mentorship programs.
