Fernando Figueiredo started his career in Promotional Marketing. He joined Bullet® in its first year, after returning from Australia in 1988.
Over 10 years, the group has developed into the first full service agency on the market.
In 2000, he sold the agency to the Interpublic group. In 2002 he assumed the presidency, even when Bullet® was part of the IPG. In 2006, he bought back from the Americans and created the Talkability® platform.
In 2004 Fernando was responsible to create the Phone Promotion strategy. And with the Conexão Gatorade, the first promotion with pin code and phone participation he contributed to a new promotion era.
In 2007, he was elected Professional of the Year at the Globes Awards, even though the agency won the Caboré Award.
In 2008 brought the first Promo Lions in the history of Brazil, with iPod no Palito.
In 2010, Fernando consolidated the Talkability® holding, one of the largest BTL communication groups on the market. In the same year, he was a jury member at Cannes Lions in the Promo & Activation category.
In 2013, the Agency Scope Study, which interviews more than 400 marketing executives in the country, points him out as one of the most relevant names in the market. And in the last 4 editions of the same survey, Bullet is pointed the “best Live Marketing agency to work with.
He moved to the United States in 2017 where he set up Bullet's first international operation, to activate all Latin America and USA.
And in 2021 he returned to Brazil to execute the biggest revolution the agency has ever experienced, consolidating it as The Story Selling Agency®. In 2021, together with Otaviano Costa and RocketBank, he founded Pode Live Shop®. The most complete Live Shopping ecosystem on the market.
