Eduardo Vieira is the Lead Partner of Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Communications for LatAm at SoftBank, the world's largest technology investment fund. Since arriving in Latin America in 2019, SoftBank has invested US$7.6 billion in some of the most important companies in the region's innovation ecosystem, such as Nubank, Inter, QuintoAndar, VTEX, Gympass, Rappi, Loggi, Unico, Pismo, Creditas, Mercado Bitcoin and Petlove, among others. Prior to joining SoftBank, Vieira was a partner at Esfera Brasil and the WPP group, CEO for Latin America at H+K Strategies and Ogilvy PR agencies, and founder of Ideal agency. He is one of the pioneers of the Internet, having covered the global innovation industry since 1994. He is the author of the book Os Bastidores da Internet, finalist for the Jabuti Literature Award in 2004.
