As Executive Creative Director for Organic Detroit, Dwayne “draupp” Raupp has worn many hats throughout his six-year tenure with the company. He has successfully moved from Integrated Media Designer to Information Architect and member of the Experience Design team to Creative Social Media Lead. This has offered him the opportunity to positively affect every aspect of a project’s lifecycle. Dwayne’s high-level skills include strategic planning, site architecture, site usability, experience design, ideation, flash development and client/internal team management. Dwayne is the creative lead for Kimberly-Clark and Hilton. He also played an instrumental creative role for our relationship with Chrysler.
