Dr. V  Boykin earned a BS in Marketing Management, an MS in Management and Leadership, an MBA, and a Doctorate of Business Administration to overcome the challenges she faced as a Black woman who is a former stripper with a felony. Now, Dr. V is an established keynote speaker and leader in the leadership/equity space. Adding to her list of accomplishments, Dr. V published her first book, "Fix Your Face & Watch Your Tone: Women Know What's Needed" which tackles the equity challenges faced personally and professionally. Have it all without having to do it all.
