David M. Raab is founder and CEO of the Customer Data Platform Institute, which educates marketers and technologists about customer data management. Mr Raab named the Customer Data Platform category in 2013. As a marketing technology consultant and analyst, Mr Raab has been helping global marketers to understand, find and deploy appropriate technologies for many years. Prior to his consulting career, Mr Raab held senior marketing positions in the publishing and direct-to-consumer marketing industries. Mr Raab regularly speaks and teaches at events around the world. He is author of hundreds of articles on marketing technology and of the Marketing Performance Measurement Toolkit. Mr Raab is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Business School.
