David M. Raab is the founder and CEO of the Customer Data Platform Institute, which educates marketers and technologists around the world about customer data management. Mr Raab named the Customer Data Platform category in 2013.
As a marketing technology consultant and analyst, Mr Raab has been helping global marketers for many years to understand, find and deploy appropriate technologies. He started his career as a marketer in the direct-to-consumer marketing industry. Mr. Raab is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Business School.
