Damian is currently Managing Partner of Humology, a mobile first advertising technology platform. His role involves heading up existing Southeast Asia operations, while leading a multi-market expansion, building on Humology's strong gaming proposition.

Prior to this Damian has over twenty years of marketing experience, much of it in Asia Pacific, and has held leadership positions in several media and digital agencies along with launching a tech startup.
