In AnyMind Group, I market to marketers, influence influencers and publish about publishers. I am also Chief of Staff at AnyMind Group, where I work with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across the company.

Having joined AnyMind Group (then AdAsia Holdings) in its early-stage startup days, I've helped the company build and establish an industry presence across relevant markets through external communications and marketing activities, whilst ensuring that the company is aligned through internal communications.

Initially starting out solo in this role, I've subsequently built a high-achieving and agile team taking a highly-localized approach across APAC - successfully raising the profile of the company and spokespeople, positioning the communications and marketing functions as key drivers for AnyMind Group's fast business growth.

This impact was recognized by the Public Relations and Communications Association for Southeast Asia (PRCA SEA), and I received the award of PRCA SEA Young Communicator of the Year for 2019. At the same time, I also served as a committee member of IAB Southeast Asia + India's Content Committee. In 2020, I was selected in The Drum's Future 50 list of upcoming brand-side marketers around the world.

In 2018, I took on additional remit to lead a team with an HR-focus at AnyMind Group - culture development - successfully developing and establishing a culture and environment for employees to thrive and grow. In 2023, I was handed the Chief of Staff role, as the company embarked on its post-IPO journey, whilst continuing to lead communication efforts for the company.

Moving further back, I started my career in digital marketing and web development, where I worked with SMEs in Singapore to develop and execute on SEO, SEM and advertising strategies, along with developing an online presence for them, including website design and development and social media channel development and optimization.

This was followed by a stint at B2B tech PR and marketing agency, Ying Communications, where I supported and sometimes led the accounts of some of the most innovative companies in their fields: Dassault Systemes, Aruba Networks, Commvault, Tableau and MediaMath - and this grew my passion in helping businesses grow through PR, communications and marketing.
