Ms Le Lan Chi is the CEO of ZaloPay, a leading fintech company in Vietnam with more than 600 employees. She joined ZaloPay in 2019 as the Head of Finance and since then has led various roles in product development, user growth, financial services and operations.

During her 12-year journey living in the US, Chi expanded her background to different industries where she served different roles: from consulting at Kantar Retail and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to heading marketing for a new business vertical at Wayfair.

Chi graduated from Wesleyan University with degrees in Economics and Film Studies, and has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
