Ceren Turkben Kaya is the Vice President – Consumer Marketing and Sponsorships at Mastercard. Senior executive with 18+ years of marketing and strategic leadership experience in United Kingdom and Turkey and a track record of business turnarounds and sustainable growth across diverse brands. Started her career in Reckitt Benckiser Marketing Department as an assistant brand manager in 2002. She later joined Unilever Turkey in 2003 as assistant brand manager for Dove and Rexona in the marketing department. She carried over brand manager responsibilities in the Ice Cream and Food Divisions in Turkey until 2010 for brands such as Cornetto, Ben& Jerry's, and Sana. By October 2010, she had joined the Global Foods Division in London at Unilever. Assumed Flora senior global/regional brand manager role. In 2013 she joined Mastercard Turkey office as Head of Marketing South East Europe. In 2019 March, she was appointed as Vice President Marketing and Communications for High Growth European Markets.
