As Head of Retail Banking Products Marketing, Cao Bao Vy leads all aspects of marketing and communications for retail product segments at SCB. She is responsible for innovative product marketing campaigns and activities to build not only brand performance but also sale volume for a wide range of retail banking products at her bank.

Prior to SCB, Cao Bao Vy spent the last years serving in a number of leadership roles in marketing field, including Brand Strategy Manager at Shinhan Bank. Earlier in her career, she spent time at Chubb Life Vietnam and Edge-Asia that implemented PR and communications on both traditional and social media platforms.
