Prior to serving as CEO, President and Chairman at Pandora, McAndrews was a venture partner at Madrona Venture Group, where he focused on early-stage technology companies. Previsously, McAndrews served as a SVP at Microsoft where he successfully integrated aQuantive to create the Advertiser & Publisher Solutions Group.
