Azalea has 17+ years experience in advertising and marketing. She has a rare perspective on the digital industry from having been in three key sides of the industry: agency, publisher and marketing side. Before joining Emtek Group, her last position was with Havas Group Indonesia where she leads Digital Strategy for all Havas Jakarta's business units. Before that she was on the brand side with Unilever Indonesia as Country Digital Manager, the first person ever hired for the position. Prior to joining Unilever, she was part of the start up team for Yahoo! Indonesia as Strategist. Azalea spent the first seven years of her career in multinational media and digital advertising agencies (IPG, GroupM NewMedia, mStars) with roles in media planning, account and business management. For the past eight years Azalea has been teaching and provoking young minds about digital media as a lecturer at her alma mater, University of Indonesia. She is actively involved in industry associations; taking the role as Program Director Mobile Marketing Association APAC and program team of Asia Pasific Media Forum (APMF) and Citra Pariwara (P3I Jakarta). In her free time, Azalea often holds seminars and trainings on digital marketing with IMAGO School of Modern Advertising.
