Asli Germen has worked as a marketing and communications specialist,  and as a loyalty and payments systems consultant for a total of 26 years. 

She has designed strategies, marketing plans and products for payment cards in both mass and upscale segments for various banks in Turkey, UAE, Romania and several developing countries.

As she moved away from corporate life, she now is an ambassador for Baksi Women Center, aiming to increase employment for Anatolian women.
