Ankit brings over a decade of years of expertise in Venture Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Incubation, and Product launches. Holding an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, Ankit has further fortified his knowledge with certificates in Capital and Financial markets from IIFT Delhi and Impact Investing from Thunderbird School of Management, Phoenix.

Currently serving as the General Manager at the India Growth Office for Cummins, Ankit is dedicated to identifying investment and growth opportunities for the business. Before this, he held key roles at TechMahindra and Elara Technologies, Singapore (Housing), where he led Corporate Strategy and M&A initiatives. Ankit has also spearheaded the Corporate Development function at Elara Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Housing, Proptiger, Makaan & Fastfox).

A dedicated student of Investing and Innovations, Ankit leverages his experience in Business Problem Solving and Venture Capital to advocate for the private sector's optimal role in addressing capital access and distribution infrastructure issues in emerging markets.

An alumnus of StartingBloc, USA, and Kalaari Capital, Bengaluru, Ankit has delved into Social entrepreneurship and Venture Capital as a Fellow. His diverse background includes serving as a Research Intern at CEERI-Pilani, contributing to innovative inverter topology projects, and hands-on experience with Psoc kits developed by Cypress Semiconductors.

With a solid foundation in project management and market research, Ankit aspires to the investee and portfolio companies

Additionally as a Global Scholar at 'The Center for Global Enterprise' in New York, led by eminent professors and industry leaders like Pankaj Ghemawat, Ankit showcases a wide range of experiences in multicultural contexts, having lived and worked in countries such as the US, Singapore, Australia, and India.

In his current role, Ankit is responsible for sourcing and evaluating strategic investment and M&A opportunities for the firm. His specialties include deal sourcing, transaction structuring, term sheet, and documentation negotiation, due diligence, and closure, along with monitoring the investment.
