Alec Oxenford is an Argentine serial entrepreneur focused on the Internet Space. In January 2015, he launched “letgo” - a p2p classifieds app targeting the USA and Europe. In March 2006, Alec also co-founded OLX.com with business partner Fabrice Grinda. He leads both companies from Buenos Aires, NY and Barcelona. With over 200 million monthly unique users, OLX is the #1 online classifieds player in Brazil, in India and several other Emerging Markets in Asia, Latin America and Africa. 

Prior to OLX, in 1999, Alec co-founded DeRemate.com which was sold to eBay in 2005. In 2003, he also co-founded DineroMail.com. 

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Alec worked as a business consultant for BCG in Europe and Latin America. 

Proud father of Sophia (15) and Agustin (13), Alec is President of ArteBA Foundation in Buenos Aires and is an avid contemporary art collector. He was elected Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and graduated as a MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School (‘97).
