Alan Yan is the founder of AdChina and has been the chairman and CEO since its inception in Silicon Valley in 2007.

AdChina built and operations China's largest independent DSP/ SSP/DMP digital advertising technology platform covering both PC and mobile internet. Prior to AdChina, Alan worked at eBay, Philips, and Lucent in various managerial positions in US, Singapore, and China.

Alan received an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor of science degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Ocean University of Qingdao in China. Alan is a board director of the global board of Mobile Marketing Association.
