Ada Lazaro is currently Regional Marketing Director for McDonald’s Asia Business Unit. She has been working with the McDonald's brand for 12 years, 10 of which she spent at the Philippines business. During her time at McDonald's Philippines, she has earned for the brand a Hall of Fame recognition for consecutive success of sales driving and brand building campaigns. In her present role, she works closely with 12 markets in accelerating growth opportunities for the region. Leveraging on the scale of the McDonald’s brand, she has advocated and pushed for regional activations that has earned the region recognition and has become best practice in the system.

Before joining McDonald’s, she spent 3 years with an FMCG company giving her a total of 14 years marketing experience.
