As VP, Head of Creative Partnerships at Initiative, Chris oversees a team responsible for the development and execution of the agency’s most unconventional partnership projects. Their work includes brand collaborations, experiential activations, and custom content engineered to help the agency’s clients drive brand fame. They also lead Initiative’s award strategy and case study development. Under Chris’s leadership they’ve won numerous major industry awards including Best in Show at the Media Innovation Awards and Inclusive Campaign of the Year at the Festival of Media Global, and their work has led Initiative to win Gold at Strategy’s Media Agency of the Year three times in the last five years. Chris has twelve years of experience and has worked across countless industry verticals, such as tourism, finance, telecom, CPG, public service and QSR. Clients include RBC, Destination Canada, Travel Alberta, Bell, Virgin Mobile, and Nestlé.
