

Sesa is a consumer connection scientist with over 20 years of expertise in crafting award-winning consumer experiences that drive brand affinity and impactful business outcomes. With a dynamic career spanning leading multinational media agencies—including GroupM, Havas, and IPG—she has managed diverse portfolios from Phillip Morris Indonesia and Danone to Pizza Hut and H&M. Her innovative work has garnered numerous prestigious awards, including recognition from Campaign Asia and Effie. Notably, Sesa was the first Indonesian to achieve APAC Planner of the Year, APAC Work of the Year, and the global award for Best Effectiveness during her tenure at Havas.
Currently, Sesa serves as Cluster Connected Experiences Lead & Marketing Capability Builder at Multi Bintang Indonesia (part of the HEINEKEN company) and HEINEKEN APAC. In her role, she is at the forefront of driving marketing transformation, integrating media, trade, and experiential touchpoints, and elevating capabilities across alcohol dark markets, including Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Papua New Guinea.
