Her passion for growth has propelled her to the forefront of the country’s marketing landscape.

Desy serves as Head of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Communications at Emtek Media, CMO at Samara Group, and Co-Chair of IdeaFest, Indonesia’s largest creative festival. A strategic thinker and collaborator, she fosters business growth through impactful partnerships and cross-sector synergy.

Committed to advancing Indonesia’s creative economy, Desy also sits on the National Leadership Council for Creative Economy at APINDO, serves as Head of Directorate at ILUNI FEB UI, and is a Board of Advisor at Minutes of Manager.
