Aparna is Executive Vice President at IPG Mediabrands India and oversees digital operations for its Interactive Avenues & Reprise agencies across South India. As a core member of the management team, she independently manages the P&L for her region and is responsible for ensuring IPG continues to remain the most preferred agency in the region in an extremely competitive market. She grew from an account management position to a key leadership role at Interactive Avenues and has been instrumental in winning, managing and scaling business from global and local brands like Amazon (largest digital account in India), Accenture, 3M, Toyota, Wipro Consumer Care, Future Group etc 

Her people centric motivational leadership has helped her to transform the agency from a 5 member team into a high performance team of 90 digital marketing specialists whose exemplary work has been recognised by multiple awards like Excellence in advertising awards for Brands across different categories like creative, media, technology and social.
