With more than 20 years of marketing experience, Doug Zarkin joined Luxottica in 2012 and is currently the CMO for Pearle Vision where he currently leads the brand's global marketing and visual merchandising functions. Prior to joining Luxottica, Doug began his career in global advertising at Grey Global Group and Saatchi & Saatchi. More recently, Doug has held roles with global strategic planning, marketing & creative services, brand development, entertainment marketing and public relations responsibilities at Limited Brands, Warnaco, Kellwood Company and Avon Products. Among his array of career honors and recognition includes being named a "Marketer of the Next Generation" by Brandweek, awarded Best Executed Launch Strategy Award from Women’s Wear Daily, and in 2015 winning a Silver Effie for Marketing Excellence in HealthCare Services Marketing for leading the brand revitalization work for Pearle Vision.

Doug has guest lectured at NYU Stern’s School of Business, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Xavier University, Miami of Ohio University and Harvard Business School. When not at the office, Doug can be found on the tennis court or spending time with his wife and two children.
