Rogerio graduated from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) in 1995. That same year, he opened an internet service provider, along with three other partners. In 1998, he began working at ZAZ (currently, Terra), in partnerships and e-commerce. He left ZAZ to create the entertainment website fulano.com.br, launched in 1999, which eventually became the advertising agency F.biz, where he remained until 2007. After that, he developed the webiste of "favorites" oyo.com.br. In 2009, he founded Blinks, and agency focused on the optimization of sponsored links and other digital media, where he remained until 2013. More recently, he began Fanatee, a developer and publisher of digital games, where he currently works. He is also a "mentoring partner" for Tree Labs, a startup accelerator, and is a member/mentor of Endeavor since 2000.
