Leading industry experts from companies including Alcatel-Lucent, BBC, Interflora O2 Media, the MMA and Velti have already been confirmed to speak at the event.

This is the only event dedicated to developing an opt-in database to successfully and effectively communicate with the end mobile consumer. Mobile is fast becoming the most direct and effective way for brands and businesses to reach their target audience and is available to every company, big or small. This event is set to change how companies view mobile as a marketing tool and encourage them to make the most of the mobile channel to build a mutually beneficial relationship with their target consumers.

The latest data clearly shows how mobile marketing campaigns can play a significant role in enhancing a company’s communication with its customers, and the potential to increase revenue is enormous as Permission Based-Marketing (PBM) can generate response rates of 50 per cent.1

“Permission-Based Marketing isn’t just about sending an SMS message and then forgetting about the consumer. PBM will become the most powerful and effective means for any businesses of any size to develop a 1-2-1 relationship with each and every customer. It’s about building the database and then being creative in a relevant and contextual way,” said Nick Lane, chief strategy analyst at mobileSQUARED.

“We are delighted to team up with mobileSQUAREDon this event, which complements our own themes and agenda for the MMA Forum London, focusing as it does on the pivotal role the consumer plays in mobile marketing. Mobile is becoming an increasingly important element of all marketing campaigns and PBM will play a large role in that,” said Paul Berney, MMA CMO & Managing Director for EMEA.

Delegate passes will cost £200 for MMA members and £399 for non-members.
