Mobile engagement provider becomes an approved supplier for UK public sector mGage, a global mobile engagement provider, has been approved as an official supplier for UK public sector teams and is now listed within the Digital Marketplace on the G-Cloud, the government’s procurement platform. The G-Cloud Framework is an initiative aimed at easing public sector bodies’ access to leading suppliers by improving the procurement process when looking at IT suppliers. G-Cloud 6, the lot mGage sits within is focused on digital services, primarily marketing. As a result of the listing in G-Cloud 6, public sector teams will be able to turn to mGage to create and deliver mobile messaging platforms and mobile campaigns. This will be particularly valuable where the organisations are looking to personalise mobile communications for both marketing and customer service purposes. Peter Cocks, Commercial Director at mGage comments: “We are thrilled to have received this stamp of approval. Being listed on the G-Cloud means that we can partner with more public sector teams to set up and run mobile messaging platforms and campaigns that won’t just deliver in the short-term. We are at the forefront of the SMS market and our learnings from both the UK and international markets will undoubtedly help the UK public sector to respond to growing customer demands to interact via mobile. Being on the G-Cloud means that not only can we give the sector our expertise but also the reassurance that we are a cost-effective supplier.”
