Ferdinand has more than 15 years of experience in advertising, branding and marketing. As GDP Venture Head of Brand, he oversees the branding and creative strategies for GDP Venture’s properties. He also serves as the consultant for the product development of GDP’s existing properties and new startups. His involvement and contribution in the creative industry has led him to be part of the judging panel in Digital Category for Citra Pariwara 2016. 
 
He started his career in advertising agencies in the United States. In 2001 he co-founded Semut Api Colony, a digital branding and marketing agency in Chicago, Illinois  and served as Chief Creative Officer. 
 
Prior to joining GDP Venture, Ferdinand was  a lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic School  of Design in Singapore, where he rebranded the school’s 20 years old brand.
