As Ideal's Global Chief Strategy Officer, Paula Nadal is responsible for structuring innovative communications programs and products aligned with the most contemporary PR practices. Paula creates strategies, narratives and experiences that strengthen the client's business and purpose. All of them, with the digital universe as a guide to understand behaviors, platforms and new production trends. In her career, Paula has already developed strategies for more than 400 brands. At Ideal, she has already developed and monitored the execution of strategies for companies such as: Airbnb, Uber, Nike, Spotify, Cogna Educação, Dasa, Qualcomm, Bradesco Seguros, Tourism New Zealand, Ambev, Dell Technologies, Embraer, DSM, Boehringer Ingelheim, XP Inc, Unisys, Unilever, thyssenkrupp, Enjoei, Eli Lilly, Patria Investments, UN Global Compact, among others.

 

With over 17 years of professional experience, Paula leads Ideal's global growth and the agency's Innovation + Creative Hub – the strategy, content, creative, data & analytics, media, internal communications and business development teams. Before joining the agency, Paula worked at Edelman, responsible for cross-platform strategies for more than 20 clients in different sectors (Decathlon, GE, AMD, Abbott, Ambev, HP, BRF, Kimberly-Clark, Novelis, Liberty Insurance, Odebrecht, Dow , Votorantim Cimentos and others).

 

Paula is a journalist, post-graduated in Psychoanalytic Semiotics at PUC - São Paulo. She has additional backgrounds in Art History, Personal Image Consulting and Cool Hunting. She also worked at Grupo Abril, where she was the editor of brands such as Nova Escola and BRAVO! and collaborated with brands such as Manequim, Superinteressante and Planeta Sustentável. Paula speaks English, a little Spanish, French, Italian and a little Chinese.
