Melanie Huet is the North American Brand Director for Child Care at Kimberly-Clark Corporation overseeing the PULL-UPS® training pants and GOODNITES® bedwetting solutions brands. Ms. Huet has over 15 years of marketing experience across multiple categories within consumer packaged goods.
Melanie recently assumed leadership for child care and has set in motion plans to drive strong growth by focusing on a clear, simple and compelling strategy. Prior to this assignment Melanie was recognized for being one of the key architects of the new pricing and promotion strategy that reversed a 4 year share decline on HUGGIES® diapers.
Ms. Huet joined Kimberly-Clark in 2011 and has worked exclusively on Huggies. Prior to Kimberly Clark, she spent several years working at Unilever on both food and hair care brands. Ms. Huet’s most noticeable achievement at Unilever was leading customer marketing for hair care where she helped move Unilever to the #1 share position in hair, was on the acquisition team that brought in the Alberto-Culver brands and helped launch a new brand to market, Clear.
Ms. Huet earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and German from the University of St. Thomas and a Masters of Business Administration from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
