With Past stints in Unilever and Times of India her latest has been to build The Glitch into one of India's leading modern creative agencies along with it’s co founders over the last 10 years. As part of her role as CEO Pooja has spearheaded Glitch’s Vision to work with ambitious businesses like Netflix, Unilever, LinkedIn, Diageo to name a few and created a gender blind inclusive organisation that boasts a 50:50 ratio to men and women across levels including leadership.
