Linh has been working in the fashion industry for 8 years.. Linh graduated Fashion Institute of Technology in New York with a BS degrees, and during that time he worked as the Operation Specialists for the luxury fashion brand Boris Bidjan Saberi. 
After 6 years of studying and working in the United States, Linh came back to Vietnam to work for IVY moda in 2018. He has handled many title from Regional Sales Manager to Sales Director. From 2020, Linh has been in charge of Chief Executive Director of IVY moda. 
IVY moda has 80 stores across Vietnam and is considered one of the most successful fashion retailers in Vietnam. They are aiming for over 100 stores in the next 3 years.
