Ira leads the Legal Services team, ensuring legal compliance of all HelloWorld campaigns in areas including promotion and marketing law, CAN-SPAM, COPPA, direct mail, as well as viral, social and mobile best practices. Before joining HelloWorld in 2007, he worked in private practice in the areas of general corporate litigation, estate planning and real estate. He also held corporate counsel positions for numerous business ventures.
