Derek is a seasoned digital business executive with a proven track record of excellence in strategic business development, driving revenue growth and building high performing teams.  Prior to joining YP Marketing Solutions in 2014 Derek was EVP – Strategic Development at Audax health and VP and Director of Sales and Business Development at Ning where his responsibilities included marketplace evaluation, value creation, business development and sales.  Derek was also the founder of the Ryan project which provided management consulting services for Ecommerce and media companies.
