Arne Kirchem has nearly 30 years of experience working for Unilever, gathered in the areas of marketing, trade marketing, front-end sales and media. He was a pioneer in computerized shelf optimisation in the late 1980s and has since held positions on several marketing teams, taking the helm as Marketing Director for Hair, Dental and Margarine categories. In 2014 Arne was named Head of Media for Unilever DACH. He has also served on the OWM (German Advertisers Association) since mid-2016. Among his areas of interest and focus are ways to drive understanding of digital media performance and take advantage of the opportunities for engagement offered by mobile devices.
