Ahmet Başaran, a serial entrepreneur, graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a control and computer engineering degree. He has completed the MBA program at Yeditepe University.

Ahmet Başaran is one of the first Java developers in Turkey (1997). He worked at Koç Holding and KoçSistem between 1995 and 2000. 2000, he founded MARTI Bilişim, followed by Inomera in 2008, Bestcloudfor.me in 2018, and Netmera in 2019. He exited Bestcloudfor.me, Turkey's first Amazon Premier Partner, in 2023.

Ahmet Başaran is a co-founder of Netmera and Inomera, where he serves as the CEO.
