Uday Shankar Sinha is currently the CEO & General Director of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage.

Overall in his career, Uday has had the exposure of traveling and having business related activities in 25 countries. During his previous 15 years of working with PepsiCo, Uday has held many important roles including Marketing Manager, Sales Director, General Manager, Managing Director, etc. in India, Thailand, China, Taiwan and UAE. In 2015, Uday assumed the charge of CEO & General Director of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage.

Under Uday’s leadership, the market share of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage’s product portfolio experienced a growth to 36% total market share in the Vietnamese LRB (liquid refreshment beverage) industry. The company delivers a double-digit growth figure consistently.

For him, the greatest lesson learnt is “Be open to changes, as without change there is no progress”. His working philosophy is “Conduct every task passionately. Be brave and stand up for what you believe”. Passion will map your road to achieve big goals. Courage will help you to cope with challenges and overcome difficulties. As for his part time, Uday plays golf and squash. He also likes reading and spending time with his wife and son is a priority to achieve work-life balance.
