Rob Marcus is the head of Consumer and Professional Marketing for Colgate Palmolive's Northern Europe Hub, which includes the UK, Ireland and the Nordic markets. Rob has full Marketing responsibility across the consumer funnel, including Brand Marketing, Digital/Media Transformation, Professional Marketing and Omni-Shopper (in-store/online) Marketing for all brands and categories in the region. His priorities are to build brands that consumers love, drive both top line growth and profitability as well as lead and develop a team that is high functioning, agile, innovative and people-centric. Previous to this role, while at Colgate-Palmolive Rob led Europe's Digital Transformation and held various Innovation and Commercial Marketing roles in North America.

 

Prior to Colgate Rob worked at the NBA in Hong Kong helping expand the NBA through Asia as well as Deloitte Consulting in New York as a business consultant. Rob received his BA from Tufts University concentrating in Psychology and MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania concentrating in Marketing and Operations.
