Magnus Ekbom, 29, is the CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER of Lazada Group. He assumed the role in May 2015.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Magnus is overall responsible for group strategy development and M&A.

Previously, Magnus served as CEO for Lazada Indonesia between 2012 to April 2015, with overall responsibility for the company’s business in South East Asia’s most populous nation. As a member of the founding team of Lazada Group, he has been with company since inception and played an important role in the group’s development in Indonesia and across the region.

Magnus graduated with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economic
