Desde que saiu da faculdade, Léo Xaiver esteve envolvido com o digital e mobile, na maioria das vezes, nas empresas que fundou. Em 2010, escreveu seu primeiro livro, #Mobilize - que está disponível para download em www.mobilizebook.com.br.

Desde 2011, é professor na FGV onde leciona Mobile Marketing no programa de educação continuada. Em 2012, foi o primeiro jurado brasileiro da categoria Mobile no Festival Internacional de Cannes. Em 2013, publiquei seu segundo livro, "A Primeira Tela" - também disponível para download em www.aprimeiratela.com.br. Em 2015, vendeu a Pontomobi para a Dentsu Aegis Network. Since Leo left college, he’s been involved with digital and mobile businesses, mostly in companies that were founded by him. In 2015, Leo sold Pontomobi (his 4th company) to Dentsu Aegis Network, rebranding it into Pontomobi Linked by Isobar. Since April 2016 Leo is the CEO at Isobar Brazil. In 2011 he became a Professor at FGV, the most recognized business school in the country, where also had his Bachelor Degree. In 2012, he was the first Brazilian at the Mobile Jury at Cannes Lions, celebrating his pioneering in mobility.
