As Chief Marketing Officer, Diane Scott is responsible for driving our brand, marketing, pricing and customer strategies globally.  These core strategies and programs are built and designed to attract new customer segments and increase customer engagement, loyalty and retention across our various consumer and business sectors - spanning our footprint in over 200 countries and territories.  She is based in Englewood, Colorado, at Western Union’s global headquarters.

Scott has more than 20 years of general management, brand, product and marketing experience against a wide array of industries, inclusive of financial services.   Scott’s tenure with Western Union began in 2001 and has included positions as General Manager of the US/US business, Senior Vice President for Americas Marketing as well as the President of the Western Union Ventures (Digital, Mobile, Prepaid) business group.

Prior to working at Western Union, Scott served as the marketing communications leader for US West Dex and Izodia Corporation. In these roles, she was responsible for marketing communications and brand strategy for all consumer and business-to-business product lines. Scott began her career working in the advertising and marketing industry at Miles Advertising and McClain Finlon, where she worked across a wide variety of industries both domestically and internationally.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
