Brian Heikes is the vice president of product at 3C where he is responsible for the definition, development and management of 3C’s product portfolio. Brian’s experience with leading the strategy, execution and operation of digital and communication products is fueled by his passion to create compelling offerings that solve meaningful problems while surprising and delighting customers.

Brian is an internet industry veteran, with over 15 years of product and technology leadership experience. Previous roles include executive positions at AOL, where he was responsible for the AOL desktop software, AIM, iPhone applications, and at Synacor, where he managed products and platforms. His work during this time has resulted in numerous innovative products along with eight patents on communications and personalization.
