The MMA chooses a select group of marketing and mobile experts to make up the Advisory Board for each MMA Forum globally. The Advisory Board works with the MMA and regional Managing Director to provide ideas and feedback during the program planning process.

Alok Kapur
Vice President, Global Head, Mobile and Strategic Platform Partnerships
Experian Marketing Services

Alok Kapur is Vice President, Global Head of Mobile, for Experian Marketing Services. In this role he leads creation and development of the global product strategy, strategic partnerships and business development including organic and inorganic investment imperatives for the mobile business.

Previously he was VP, Global Business Development at Adenyo/Motricity Inc. Prior to Adenyo, Alok was at Microsoft in the Mobile Display Ad & Search Monetization team where he was responsible for driving $5MM+ of mobile ad revenue and negotiating deals with key players in the advertising ecosystem. In addition, at Microsoft, Alok spent over three years negotiating and successfully closing deals with major OEMs and mobile carriers in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific for the Windows Mobile Business. This included two of the largest co-marketing deals in the history of the Windows Mobile Business totaling over $300MM. Alok also had very successful stints in product planning for the Windows Platform team, driving partner strategy in the WW Partner Group and in the Corporate Strategy team at Microsoft.

Alok has spent time as an entrepreneur driving business development and marketing for small growth companies, focused on customer acquisition and product launches. Alok holds an M.B.A. in Marketing, Strategy & Information Technology from The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine where he was a Dean’s Scholar and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune, India where he was a top 0.1% University Graduate.

James Lamberti
Vice President and General Manager

James Lamberti brings more than 19 years of experience to AdTruth, 41st Parameter’s digital media division. He is well versed in all aspects of marketing and has extensive executive management experience gained at a number of successful ventures.

Prior to joining, James served as vice president of global marketing at InMobi – the largest and fastest growing independent mobile ad network. This experience provides him with unique insights into the evolving mobile ecosystem. While at InMobi, James led demand generation efforts that produced measurable success. In addition, he was responsible for establishing the company as a global marketing presence in the mobile ad space.

Before InMobi, James’ positions include senior vice president at comScore – one of the global leaders in understanding web usage – where he focused on analytics, tracking and privacy. He also has strong experience in consumer packaged goods due to his time as an executive with The Clorox Company.

Michael Ricci
Vice President, Digital / Solutions Marketing

As VP of Mobile for Webtrends, Mike is responsible for all facets of Webtrends mobile analytics business. Ricci just joined Webtrends after serving as VP and Mobile Practice Leader for Merkle where Michael established Merkle’s mobile marketing practice and helped bring aboard brands like Wendy’s, Samsung, Lord & Taylor, ASK.COM, Lane Bryant, TGI Fridays, DirecTV, Clorox and a slew of others. In a relatively short period of time, Michael established Merkle as the premier mobile marketing player in the eCRM space.

Prior to Merkle, Mike was VP of Creative and Strategy for iLoop, a premier mobile marketing firm focused on assisting marketers, digital agencies and other entities create effective mobile marketing strategies and user experiences. At iLoop, Mike helped Sony, Paramount, Coca Cola, Quicksilver, P&G, Vans, Western Union, Live Nation, Warner, Lexus and many others forge compelling strategies for their mobile marketing initiatives. Mike also helped develop a comprehensive mobile marketing strategy for President Obama’s election campaign – an effort that helped the campaign earn recognition as the 2008 Mobile Marketer of the Year.

Earlier, Mike oversaw Volantis Systems’ Content Services business and helped clients such as ABC (Oscars), WWE, CBS Mobile, Disney, Discovery, EBay, Financial Times, Reuters, Hearst, and others tap into the power of mobile.

Anne Schelle
Chief Executive Officer and Partner
Acta Wireless

Anne P. Schelle, who has been at the forefront of many seminal moments in the development of the wireless industry, is currently CEO and partner at Acta Wireless, a leading early-stage investment and strategic advisory firm. She has held leadership positions at the nation’s first digital cellular network, American Personal Communications, serving the Washington-Baltimore area, and currently serves as executive director at the Open Mobile Video Coalition. The OMVC is spearheading the drive to establish Mobile Digital Television in the U.S.

Matt Wise
Chief Executive Officer

Matt joined HelloWorld, Inc. (formerly known as ePrize) as CEO in March 2010. He has focused on the strategic expansion into mobile and social enabled solutions, launching a multi-channel platform. Today, the company brings to market a SaaS platform, allowing brands to create rich engagement solutions with their consumers and track activity to point of sale. Platform solutions include promotions, loyalty, messaging, live events activation and analytics. Before ePrize, he was President/CEO of Q Interactive, which became one of the largest performance-driven ad networks on the web under his leadership. Matt is a member of the Mobile Marketing Association North American Board of Directors.
