An IIM- Ahmedabad alumnus, studied statistics, is effervescent and has flourished with a marketer’s charm and storyteller wit. Over 20 years of experience in marketing, specialising in consumer goods. His extensive experience coupled with his love for numbers has made him an expert in consumer insights and behaviour analytics using MARTECH platforms. In his current role at GreenPly, Yatnesh is leveraging these skills to create innovative marketing strategies for GreenPly in consumer home solutions. Throughout his past 10+ years in the Consumer home décor category, Yatnesh has been instrumental in several markets and consumer research-driven innovations, including the Paints industry sizing and projection study for the Indian paints association in 2012, and the green initiative – ‘Earth Matter’, which is an industry connect program for Interior designers and architects. He has been lauded for his work in creating disruptive brand positioning for Nerolac and GreenPly through a research-oriented approach to consumer engagement.
In his previous experience, Yatnesh was marketing manager at Canon India for their Image Communication Product division, and he was instrumental in building the Canon Digital Camera brand as well as augmenting growth in the camera division’s sales and channel base in India.
Apart from his CMO role, Yatnesh is also an expert consultant on the panel with renowned global research firms, He is sharing his consumer brand marketing knowledge as guest faculty with reputed management colleges.
When he is not deep diving into the consumer psyche or strategizing brand campaigns, Yatnesh devotes his time towards social cause and works with NGOs supporting girl child education.
