Sukhleen Aneja is a seasoned executive and CEO of the Good Brands Co division of the Good Glamm Group, South Asia's largest beauty and personal care conglomerate valued at USD 1.2 Billion and backed by Amazon, Bessemer Venture Partners, Warburg Pincus, and Prosus Ventures. She was appointed to the role in December 2021 to lead the company's beauty and FMCG brands and build a digital-first beauty and personal care conglomerate. The Good Glamm Group is South Asia’s largest beauty & personal care conglomerate built on the flywheel of content, creator, commerce and community.
In her current role, Sukhleen is responsible for creating a strategic roadmap for leading digital-first brands, integrating and scaling acquired brands, and leveraging the unique digital ecosystem of the company, including content, creator, and community, to build strong FMCG beauty brands. Brands under the Good Brands Co are MyGlamm, The Moms Co, St Botanica, Organic Harvest, Siona and BabyChakra. She brings with her nearly two decades of experience in FMCG and beauty, having previously led the marketing operations for Reckitt's Hygiene portfolio across South Asia.
Sukhleen is known for her ability to deliver strong business results and has been a force behind various award-winning campaigns for Reckitt, including Cannes Lion Silver and Bronze for her work on Durex and Harpic and Asia PAC Grand Prix Gold in Effies Harpic. She has also pioneered the Purpose Program for Harpic with Mission Paani, which was recognized recently by the President of India as the Business with Purpose awards.
Throughout her career, Sukhleen has successfully managed diverse multi-cultural teams in both marketing operations and global innovations in Reckitt Benckiser, Hindustan Lever, and L’Oréal Paris leading brands like Lakme, Loreal, and Dettol. She is a strong people leader and instrumental in leading and mentoring diverse multi-cultural talent. Sukhleen's exceptional leadership skills and expertise in the FMCG and beauty industry make her an invaluable asset to the Good Glamm Group as they continue to grow and innovate in the beauty and personal care space.
