Sabyasachi Mitter, an alumnus of IIMC batch of 96, started his career with Asian Paints straight out of campus, where he was involved with start-up businesses like Colour World and Home Solutions besides leading the digital business. He left Asian Paints to start ibs in 2003 and over the next 11 years has guided ibs to become one of India's leading digital agencies and arguably its most awarded. With over 50 clients and 75 awards including 10 agency of the year awards in its bag, ibs, under Sabyasachi's guidance is now looking to grow its footprint across geographies through its IP led product solutions as well as growing the agency business with new service offerings.
